This Mean Green Juice is an energizing hit of fiber and nutrients
- 1 medium red apple
- 5 cm cucumber
- 1 stalk celery
- 1 cm fresh ginger
- 6-8 leaves spinach
- 2 tbsp lemon juice (or a generous squeeze)
- water, enough to cover ingredients
Core apple and roughly chop larger ingedients.
Place all ingredients in a high speed blender or bullet and blend until smooth.
Substitute red apple with green if you would like it not so sweet.
