Mean Green Juice

This Mean Green Juice is an energizing hit of fiber and nutrients

Servings: 1
Ingredients
  • 1 medium red apple
  • 5 cm cucumber
  • 1 stalk celery
  • 1 cm fresh ginger
  • 6-8 leaves spinach
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice (or a generous squeeze)
  • water, enough to cover ingredients
Instructions
  1. Core apple and roughly chop larger ingedients.

  2. Place all ingredients in a high speed blender or bullet and blend until smooth.

Recipe Notes

Substitute red apple with green if you would like it not so sweet.  

Can be stored overnight in fridge.
