These Oatmeal White Chocolate Cranberry Cookies are loaded with lots of old-fashioned oats, cranberries and white chocolate chips; and are perfectly soft, chewy and completely irresistible.
These oatmeal white chocolate & cranberry cookies are simply delicious. You’ve got to try them.
- 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup plain flour
- 1/2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 85 g butter, melted
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
Pre-heat oven to 180°C / 160°C fan-forced.
Line/ grease baking trays.
Melt butter and combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Stir until combined.
Spoon out mixture on to tray. Leave 4cm gap between cookies as they will spread while baking.
Bake for 10-12 minutes.
Cool on tray for 5-7 minutes, then transfer to wire rack.
Store in air tight container for up to 1 week.
