  • 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup plain flour
  • 1/2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 85 g butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup white sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  1. Pre-heat oven to 180°C / 160°C fan-forced.

  2. Line/ grease baking trays.

  3. Melt butter and combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Stir until combined.

  4. Spoon out mixture on to tray. Leave  4cm gap between cookies as they will spread while baking.

  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes.

  6. Cool on tray for 5-7 minutes, then transfer to wire rack.
