Start your day off right with this Pineapple Green Smoothie! It’s packed with tropical flavor and fresh greens to give you a healthy kick to your morning.
This smoothie is my current breakfast obsession and packed full of all the good stuff, keeping me fuller for longer.
- 1 Banana
- 1/2 cup Pineapple
- 1/2 cup Kale
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp rolled oats
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
Place ingredient in a blender and whizz until smooth.
If using frozen pineapple defrost before blending as this brings out the ripe flavour.
